The EU Terrorist Content Online Regulation ("TCOR") is an EU regulation that lays down certain rules to address the misuse of hosting services for the dissemination of terrorist content online. The report focuses on our obligations related to terrorist content as defined by the TCOR.

The EU Digital Services Act (DSA) sets forth transparency requirements on what content and users Roblox takes action on, how we process user reports, what enforcement systems we use to take action on content, and how we report illegal content to the relevant authorities amongst other requirements. This report provides data in compliance with the requirements of the Digital Services Act.
