As the VP of Attract, the organizational pillar responsible for Talent Acquisition and engagement, I’m excited to announce that we’re kicking off 2026 by opening our Roblox Careers experience to the public. Leveraging our own platform to tell the authentic story of life at Roblox, this space lets you step inside our rapidly evolving technology. Previously accessible only to candidates, we’re excited to open this experience to the public to deepen understanding of who we are and what we do, now with a host of new features!

And we’ve done it on our immersive platform, where millions of people come together every day to create, play, work, learn, and connect on tens of millions of experiences built by our global community of creators, reaching more than 150 million daily active users and 45 million concurrent users (greater than the population of Canada!). And they’re logging in on consoles, computers, and smartphones, each with the same seamless experience.

Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, and it’s only possible because of our driven, creative, responsible, resourceful builders. That’s why, when it comes to attracting talent, we want each interaction to be both memorable and inspiring. 

For our talent acquisition team, that means moving far beyond traditional recruiting. The Anatomy of a Project: Collaboration for Innovation

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we’ve achieved together. We’re proud to have teams where every voice is heard, people feel respected, and contributions are recognized, driving innovation across Roblox. Beyond highlighting technology, we want to show you the teamwork that makes it possible. The goal is to walk you through a real project from start to finish, ideation to launch. Inside, we offer a deep dive into Cube 3D, our foundational AI model designed to support developers in creating everything from individual props to full scenes. The goal is to make creation accessible to all, empowering both novice and skilled creators. Because we believe that if you can imagine it, you should be able to create it.

The Community Room: Pillars of the Platform

Roblox is an ecosystem, and the Community Room is where we explore the pillars that power it. This space features interactive stations representing the core elements of our business, including Trust & Safety, the Marketplace, Developer Tools, and the Economy. Each station features an interactive experience to help deepen your understanding. For example, we detail our "Safety by Design" approach, which involves multiple layers of comprehensive content moderation, including safe training data, text filtering, and Vision-Language Models that review every asset to ensure compliance with our Community Standards.

The Builder Museum: Meet the People Behind the Platform

Technology is nothing without the people who build it. We rely on our community of builders, the visionaries, engineers, artists, and strategists who bring our mission to life. They work every day to solve complex problems in physics, safety, networking, 3D rendering, artificial intelligence, and so much more in support of our global community. In our Builder Museum, we spotlight roles across our business, featuring quotes from real builders to give you an authentic sense of life at Roblox. For instance, you might meet "The Architect," an engineer on our Engine time who thrives on creating systems that perform on low-end hardware yet scale to the most powerful systems. 

The Info Café: A Taste of Culture

Inspired by the actual cafés at our headquarters, the Info Café is a place to relax and learn more about life at Roblox. You never know who you’ll meet or where they might guide you. It’s a casual, welcoming environment designed to answer your questions through interactions with diverse NPCs (non-playable characters) that reflect our builders. These conversations provide a candid look at the day-to-day impact they have on the platform. We also feature staples of real menus, from matcha to pizza, because every builder needs the right fuel!

Receive Your Official Builder Badge

As you navigate the experience, you’ll utilize our badge system. At the bottom right of your screen, your badge tracks your progress as you visit each room. In addition to the spaces we’ve already highlighted, you can listen to podcasts hosted by our leaders, watch videos in our theater, and explore our values. You can also click this badge to open a menu that lets you instantly teleport between spaces, just in case you’re not in the mood for a walk.
